Description

This tandoori qeema filling features beef or chicken mince marinated with ginger-garlic paste and Shan Tandoori Masala, then cooked with aromatic spices and fresh mint. A brief coal-smoking step adds a smoky flavor, while finely diced onions are mixed in only after the mince has cooled. The result is a richly spiced filling suitable for stuffed dishes and rolls.
