Description

Ingredients
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • ½ cup milk
  • ¼ cup oil or melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • ¾ cup strawberries, chopped
  • ¼ cup walnuts, chopped
  • Optional topping:
  • 1 tbsp sugar + a few walnuts sprinkled on top
