Description

These homemade Shami Fingers combine minced meat, channa daal, potato, and aromatic spices to create a flavorful kabab mixture. Fresh onion, cilantro, green chillies, and egg are added to help bind the mixture before shaping into fingers and freezing for later use. They are a convenient make-ahead option for snacks, starters, or Ramadan preparations.
