Pineapple Delight
Description
A refreshing and creamy dessert made with whipped cream, yogurt, and sweet canned pineapple chunks. Chilled to a smooth set with gelatine, this delightful treat is perfect for any gathering.

Beat cream with powdered sugar until fluffy and creamy.

Add and beat yogurt.

Mix vanilla essence.

Sprinkle gelatine in a bowl over 1 tbsp cold water.

Add 1/2 cup boiling water, stir constantly until granules are completely dissolved.

When at room temperature, mix with yogurt mixture.

Stir in Canned pineapple chunks( don't use syrup).

Refrigerate until set.

Garnish with pineapple chunks.(Mango can also be used in this recipe).
