3 large eggs
1 cup granulated sugar
½ cup vegetable oil
½ cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 ½ tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ cup hot coffee or hot water

Instructions

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line two 8-inch cake pans or one deep pan.
