Description

Chicken Malai is a creamy chicken dish made with yogurt, cream, green chillies, and aromatic spices. The chicken is lightly browned before being simmered in a rich, mildly spiced sauce.

Ingredients
  • 750 g boneless chicken thighs
  • 2 –3 green chillies, chopped
  • 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
  • 1 tbsp Bihari kabab masala
  • Salt, to taste
  • 1/4 cup milk (to thin)
  • 1/4 cup cream
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tsp coriander powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 2 tbsp oil or ghee
Instructions

    Marinate chicken with green chillies, ginger-garlic paste, Bihari masala, and salt for 20–30 minutes.

    Heat oil or ghee; sauté chicken for 8–10 minutes until lightly browned.

    Reduce heat; add yogurt, cream, and milk, stirring gently.

    Add coriander powder and cumin powder, then stir to combine.

    Cover and cook for 5–7 minutes until the chicken is done.
