Achaar Gosht
Description
Achaar Gosht is a flavorful Pakistani mutton curry made with yogurt, tomatoes, and a tangy, aromatic blend of homemade pickling spices. Stuffed green chilies add a distinctive achari flavor, while the slow-cooked mutton becomes tender and richly coated in masala. Serve hot with naan or roti.
