Ingredients

1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened (113g)
1/2 cup sugar (100g)
3/4 cup brown sugar (150g)
1 egg
1 ½ tsp vanilla
2 tbsp Biscoff spread
1 ½ cups all-purpose flour (190g)
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1/2 –3/4 cup chopped white chocolate

Topping

Melted Biscoff spread
Crushed Biscoff

Instructions

Cream the butter and both sugars together.

Mix in the egg, vanilla, and Biscoff spread.

Fold in the flour, baking soda, and salt.

Fold in the white chocolate.

Divide the dough into 3 giant dough balls.

Bake at 350°F (175°C) for 12–14 minutes.
