Description

A moist and flavorful marble chocolate banana cake made with ripe bananas, rich cocoa powder, and sweet chocolate chips. Baked to golden perfection, this comforting dessert offers the perfect blend of banana and chocolate flavors.

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 3 large bananas mashed
  • 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 eggs large
  • 1 cup water plus 1 tsp coffee
  • 1/2 cup full fat milk
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

    Grease & Line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper.

    Whisk together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and sugar.

    In a bowl, whisk the eggs.

    Mix coffee, milk, oil, and vanilla essence.

    Combine well the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients.

    Pour half batter in the pan.

    Sift cocoa powder and mix in the remaining batter.

    Pour chocolate batter on the banana batter in the pan.

    Make swirls with a knife.

    Sprinkle chocolate chips.

    Don't panic if it seems runny, bake for about 40 - 50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

    Let it cool on a wire rack.

    When completely cooled, cut the pieces.
